Karen's Chili

lb ground bison, beef or turkey

chopped green pepper
1
chopped onion
1-3 TB chili
powder (to taste)
salt
& pepper

14 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes
1
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 can Bush's medium chili beans
1 can Great Northern
Beans
1
can Kidney beans
Brown
meat with onion and pepper; add chili powder, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Add
tomatoes and drained beans.
Simmer
approx. 45 mts on very low heat.
For
a soupier chili add another can of diced tomatoes or
chicken broth when adding the beans.
Serve with Jiffy corn muffins!
