Ground Beef Stroganoff
1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cooked egg noodles, white rice, or mashed potatoes
Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain off any
fat. Season with seasoned
salt, stir in sour cream and mushroom soup. Cover
and simmer about 15
minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot over noodle,
rice or potatoes, whichever
you prefer.
