Blueberry Muffins
cream:
1/2 cup butter & 1 cup sugar
add:
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
mix together and then add:
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
2 1/2 cups blueberries (fold in gently)
Grease muffin pan, fill cups and sprinkle sugar liberally
over tops
Bake 375 for 30 minutes
Makes 12 in regular size muffin pan
